Hi, I’m Lizzy Campbell,

Maybe you're trying to create meaningful change in the world, but you're struggling to build momentum. Getting others to understand and engage with your vision feels like pushing uphill.

Or perhaps you're caught in the endless cycle of marketing "shoulds"—you should be posting more, you should be on every platform, you should have a perfect strategy.

Traditional marketing can feel disconnected from purposeful work, especially when its tactics seem extractive or manipulative. When your work is about creating genuine positive change, how do you communicate authentically while still building the engagement you need?

My regenerative journey

This question led me on my own journey of transformation. After a decade working in marketing, in destination marketing and tech, I started exploring my passion for the built environment and landed in a 5 month regenerative practitioner training with Regenesis Institute.

This led to an unravelling of a lot of the worldviews I held as I learned how to be more in tune with myself as a living being in a living system and understand how to direct my work towards creating genuine vitality and thriving.

What I’ve created since then

Since embracing regenerative principles, I've:

  • Co-founded A Regenerative Place, helping built environment professionals work regeneratively through strategic communication

  • Developed a unique approach to brand and marketing that honors both business growth and regenerative principles

  • Partnered with purpose-driven organizations to uncover and amplify their unique value through authentic storytelling

My green thumb continues to be a work in progress…

My Approach

Regenerative work understands that all living systems have the inherent capacity to evolve toward greater vitality and wholeness. I bring this understanding to communication by:

  • Viewing your work within its wider context and nested systems—from local communities to global ecosystems—to uncover unique opportunities for creating value

  • Using regenerative practice to help you communicate the deeper essence and potential of what you do, not just what you make or deliver

  • Working with nature's patterns and principles—like reciprocity, evolution, and emergence—to create communication that generates vitality for all stakeholders

  • Supporting you to create the conditions conducive to life

This approach helps you build authentic momentum while contributing to the health and evolution of the systems you're part of.

Beyond the work

Originally from Aotearoa New Zealand, I’ve called Berlin home for over 7 years. In my spare time, I enjoy taking part in the many cultural events in Berlin, diving into discussion in my book clubs, and learning how to coax life into my sun-starved, sandy-soiled garden (tips welcome!).

My little 5 year old dog, Benji, came into my life 2 years ago after he’d had a bit of a rough start. He’s a touch anxious about the world (aren’t we all) but with some ‘gentle parenting’, we’re working our way towards better emotional regulation.

I love exploring nature with him and seeing everything from a whole new perspective.
